Sept 2nd: Write about what makes you happy, from the little joys to the huge game-changers.
Write about what makes me happy? Again, another hard topic. Countless of times I have been sitting in that therapists chair that is slightly too squishy that it is actually uncomfortable and have been asked about what makes me happy. My usual answer is rather boring but rather true - "nothing.".
Im a very neutral person. I have little to no opinion on almost everything and generally I dont get sad or happy. (im a very boring person okay, its why I have no friends haha). I also have a severe dislike for councillors and so get really uncooperative....

So what does make me happy?

The countryside. The English/Welsh countryside.. Ive never seen Scotlands countryside so im just going to stick to those two. Its breathtaking. Everytime we go on holiday as a family we go to the most isolated place with no wifi or phone signal and the first few days are hell but everytime you look outside and see the views ...... there are just no words to explain it.
I live in the middle part, between the deep countryside and town. There are fields at the bottom of my close but a train station not far away in the next village. Theres a bus, but idk the timetable as it is very sporadic. Nearest primary school  is in the next village and the nearest high school is in the next city. and honestly, as much as I love shopping, id so much prefer to live in the proper countryside.

Driving! Ive been learning to drive since the beginning of this year and I just want to pass already! Its so fun driving!! A little stressful if you are approaching a busy unknown roundabout that has roadworks happening on it and its dark outside (that happened to me the other week) but generally its so fun!
and I imagine if I pass the freedom will be even more fun!

Food. Actually this one is a little tricky to explain, food is actually a very stressful topic, Im a super picky eater and eat maybe 15> different things. Because of this I mostly survive off of snack food and the odd sandwich/piece of toast, so when its a birthday and we all go out as a family to have a meal and celebrate (no matter how much my family might annoy me) I enjoy eating the food.
Infact when I have a friend visit I make it a point to make sure we eat out almost every single day >.>
My bank account does not enjoy my friends visits at all.
I always eat the same thing. Plain gammon and chips or if im feeling adventurous.. Gammon, chips and peas! If that isnt available I shall have the next best thing -> chips.
(as my other family members like food such as eggs, pineapple, salad etc I usually still get the items and then just transfer it to another plate.).

and last but not least.... People.
This is a two parter so read carefully...

When people message me. Okay, its simple but true. No matter who it is if someone messages me I just feel super happy, even if just for a millisecond, because that person had thought of me out of the blue and messaged me and its just really nice.
This point also stands for; tweets on twitter, comments on any platform that allows comments, actual letters in the post and reblogging my selfies on tumblr.

Talking to certain people.
Im a freak ok. I have about 6 people I genuinely enjoy talking to and only 2/3 of those are people that I can talk to for long periods of time without getting bored of/annoyed at (although im pretty sure they hate me 98% of the time because im an insecure mess thats super clingy).
Whether they talk to me first or I work up the courage to talk to them, talking to those close friends always lightens my mood, even if just a bit. and I love them lots

haha ok so that was fun. when I have my next therapy session ill just link her to this post ;)
